Benchmarking
and Certification

Through considered sustainability initiatives, Campus is targeting BREEAM Excellent, WELL – Platinum and WIRED – Gold.

Energy & Carbon
Reduction

We are implementing a servicing strategy to reduce the operational carbon emissions associated with the building and to contribute to the route to net zero carbon. We procure 100% renewable electricity. We are phasing out the use of fossil and combustion fuels from the building.

Air Quality

We are implementing Displacement Air Conditioning in the newly refurbished floors. This is considered to create a more COVID resilient environment versus traditional systems. Displacement is considered to provide better internal air quality and reduces energy use.

COVID 19
Initiatives

We are working with Twin & Earth whilst taking advice from our wider design team, the British Council of Offices and The Well Building Institute on a clear design and delivery strategy to fight the risk of virus spread. This includes a touchless entry to desk philosophy as well as a clean air strategy.

IT &
Digitalisation

Working with our sustainability, property management and services consultants, we are exploring the opportunities of a smart building and the delivery of a market leading workplace app to facilitate customer enjoyment and engagement.

Circular
Economy

We are working with a reuse marketplace for businesses (Globechain) to reduce waste during the construction phase and reduce the embodied carbon of emissions associated with the building over its lifecycle.

The aim is to provide
a holistic health and
wellbeing offer.

and Biophilia

Working with our landscape and ecology consultants,we plan to increase internal and external biophilic design. We are working on food growing options on site. We will review the existing ecology on site to ensure that our works and alterations enhance the existing wildlife and planting.

Health and
Wellbeing

We will provide a high quality gym, fitness and wellness facility for the building’s users. The aim is to provide a holistic health and wellbeing offer which not only caters for gym/studio based activities, but mindfulness and recreational activity based. This overall offering is a crucial part of our Well Rating.

Nourishment
and Water

We are developing a strategy for a market leading F&B offer for the development which will provide high quality, healthy and local produce. We will also install water stations throughout the building and grounds.

Engagement
with Occupants

We are currently undertaking a survey of existing occupants to understand the requirements of the building’s users. Our Place Consultants are maintaining constant dialogue with the design team, management team and occupants to curate the best approach for the future.
