Photovoltaic
panels

1,735 Photovoltaic panels will be installed, generating 551,746 kWh per year. That’s equivalent to boiling a kettle 5,015,874 times. The yearly electricity use of 147 average UK households Saving 116 tonnes of CO2 emissions each year.

Energy & Carbon
Reduction

We have implemented a servicing strategy to reduce the operational carbon emissions associated with the building and to contribute to the route to net zero carbon. We procure 100% renewable electricity. We are continuing to phase out the use of fossil and combustion fuels from the building.

Air Quality

We have implemented Displacement Air Conditioning in the newly refurbished floors. This is considered to create a more COVID resilient environment versus traditional systems. Displacement is considered to provide better internal air quality and reduces energy use.

IT &
Digitalisation

Working with our sustainability, property management and services consultants, we are exploring the opportunities of a smart building and the delivery of a market leading workplace app to facilitate customer enjoyment and engagement.

Circular
Economy

We worked with a reuse marketplace for businesses (Globechain) to reduce waste during the construction phase, and are reducing the embodied carbon emissions associated with the building over its lifecycle.

The aim is to provide
a holistic health and
wellbeing offer.

We provide a high-quality gym, fitness and wellness facility for the building’s users. The aim is to provide a holistic health and well-being offer that not only caters for gym/studio-based activities but mindfulness and recreational activity based.
