Did you know that the majority of us breathe so shallowly that we are effectively hyper-ventilating most of the time? This puts us in a very poor position to deal with anything that causes a physical stress reaction, as this shortens our breaths even more. So learning how to use our lungs properly can have an incredible – and instant – effect on our stress levels, blood pressure and general mood.
We will be running 2 half hour breathwork sessions, one at 12pm and one at 1pm. Followed by 1-to-1 drop ins for anyone who wants to discuss their own personal situation.
