As part of Mental Health Awareness Week we are hosting some Canine Workplace Wellbeing sessions, where you can take a time out from your desk and spend it playing, cuddling and petting some adorable doggies who just want to love you back.
We all know that spending time with animals is proven to reduce blood pressure, stress and anxiety. These 15 minute “Take a Break” sessions are guaranteed to put a smile on your face and send you back to work feeling energised and refreshed.
We will have 3-4 dogs or puppies, all very comfy with people, just longing to be fussed over!
These session MUST BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE. You can come alone and bring a friend, but please make sure you book!
